The Statutory Authorities Review Committee has resolved to inquire into and report on the State Procurement Board.
The Inquiry will focus on:
(i) the scope of the State Procurement Act 2004;
(ii) current State procurement processes and practices;
(iii) small and medium-sized business participation in government procurement; and
(iv) any other relevant matters.
Ian Nightingale, the Industry Advocate has provided a submission to the committee on issues around procurement facing South Australian businesses who work with the State Government, he will be providing feedback to the committee on 10 December 2018 and would appreciate any comments you have in regards to your business quoting, tendering and working with the State Government.
